Technical Services Team - (TST) is an Third Party Multi-vendor Service organization that delivers a variety of on-site repair and support services throughout the US and Canada.  TST’s sole focus is on partnerships. Service is our only business.  TST is designed and positioned to provide service on behalf of VARs, resellers, manufacturers, outsourcers and other service companies that require a quality North American field service solution, but choose to use a true printer and paper handling equipment repair specialist to deliver that service to their end user customers.

Utilizing over 25 years of experience providing specific printer and paper handling equipment focused service, TST delivers the finest service available in the industry. Today TST provides third party multi-vendor service to thousands of end users on behalf of its partners.

Partnerships

Our experience includes providing third party service repair on behalf of our partners to large nationwide organizations with large populations of equipment and to small businesses with just a few units.  We are familiar with some of the unique requirements these environments present as well as the staffing requirements. The goal of TST is to continue to offer innovative solutions that allow our clients to drive significant business value and benefit.

TST specializes in providing third party repair services for printers, barcode products, auto-id, paper handling equipment, roll feed equipment and wireless products.

Over the years, TST increased its capabilities by adding various manufacturer authorizations and certifications to its multivendor portfolio. This proven success has positioned TST to be one of the industry's most trusted and experienced multivendor third party service providers.

Experienced Customer Service Engineers

Our Customer Engineers average 16 years of industry experience and are factory trained and certified.  They each carry spare parts in their trunk inventory to help ensure a high first time fix rate. Each CSE is assigned to a customer site based on the zip code of a particular location.  Each customer site has a primary and a secondary CSE assigned to the location, which ensures ample coverage.

Service is Our Only Business

It is important to point out that service and support are our only business. We do not sell products, supplies or software. You do not have to worry about us selling direct to your end users, unlike other companies and service providers do. Our goal is to represent you to the end-user.  We do not bill the end-user - we bill you so you can determine how to charge your end user. We see ourselves as an extension of your organization.

Commitment to Quality

Every aspect of TST organization is committed to superior performance by providing excellence in customer service and accountability.  Various metrics are used daily and monthly to measure and analyze our performance.  If we do not meet the goals then a corrective action plan is developed and implemented. TST senior executive team and management team is committed and involved at all levels with the quality programs and customer service.
